Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Swoup ("we", "us"), a product of Mictoxen Inc., provides an API and related services
that help AI agents and their users find deals and offers at the moment of purchase.
This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- API request data. When an agent queries Swoup, we receive the
merchant domain, item details (name, price, category), and general context such as
region. We do not require or wish to receive names, addresses, payment details, or
other personal information in API requests.
- Account data. If you register for an API key or join our waitlist,
we collect your name, email address, and company details you choose to provide.
- Usage data. Standard technical logs (request timestamps, endpoints,
response codes) used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Redemption outcomes. Whether an offer worked or failed, used to
maintain deal quality.
How we use information
- To operate the service: matching offers, tracking conversions, paying commissions.
- To maintain quality and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To communicate with you about the service.
Affiliate tracking
Swoup participates in affiliate programs. When a purchase completes through a tracked
link or code, the relevant affiliate network or merchant records the conversion and may
set cookies or similar identifiers under their own privacy policies. We receive
conversion reports (order value, commission) but not payment details.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not build advertising profiles of end users.
- We do not require personal data in agent API calls.
Data retention & your rights
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access
to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on your
region (e.g., EU/EEA, UK, California), you may have additional statutory rights, which
we honor.
