Swoup provides an API that returns publicly available and partner-provided offers, discount codes, and tracked links relevant to a purchase. Offers originate from affiliate networks, merchants, and other sources; availability, validity, and final pricing are determined by the merchant at checkout.
Offers are provided "as is." We work hard to verify codes but do not guarantee that any offer will be accepted by a merchant, or that a better price does not exist elsewhere. Swoup is not a party to the transaction between the buyer and the merchant.
Where applicable, commissions are earned when affiliate networks or merchants confirm a qualifying conversion. Any developer revenue share is governed by the specific program terms offered at the time of integration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mictoxen Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid to us by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
